May 27, 2016 9:00 AM in response to AltabearReallyby BBoiss,I recommend that you close Safari out of your App Switcher [double click the home button and swipe Safari up so that is disappears], Restart your iPhone by holding the Sleep/Wake button and choosing Slide to Power & then boot it back on, Clear History and Website Data under Settings>Safari and reboot your iPhone by holding the Sleep/Wake button and choosing Slide to Power off. Turn your iPhone back on and see if the message persists. If it does, look for any Apps with this name on your iPhone. If no Apps are found,...and we generally ask this first...make certain you are not running on a jailbroken software. If you are, restore your iPhone through iTunes.

Good to know! So deleting and redownloading the Twitter app should be the fix then?

Sep 13, 2016 3:40 PM in response to AltabearReallyby McGeekiest,Solely to help future search engine visitors (such as myself), your screenshot does not say "Excited?" Would Like Access to Twitter Accounts, it says "exited?" Would Like Access to Twitter Accounts. I'm hoping this addendum will bump the thread in search engine results.

Sep 23, 2016 1:47 PM in response to AltabearReallyby jaydobro,Same issue here. Creeped up for the first time a couple months ago and have been popping up more frequently. It's up to a couple times a week now. It's at random times. Sometimes in middle of the day, sometimes I wake up in the morning to find the message. I've reset the phone, I've uninstalled/reinstalled Twitter. I signed into the iOS twitter integration as someone else suggested. None have worked. And the latest twist is the magic trick of the disappearing dock. I don't think it's related to the "Exited?" issue, but seems to be some overall weird bugginess going on. Do I need to just wipe the phone and reinstall the iOS 10 fresh again without restoring from the backup and start new? (the issue was around on iOS 9 too... this wasn't a new issue with the update)
