how long does it take to reset when you have reset all settings?

I reset all settings on my iPhone because my ringtone along with the vibrate setting on my phone were not working its been about 45 mins and my phone is still on the apple loading screen, and I was wondering how long it will take for it to fully reset because I did not think it would take this long.

If you just went to Settings > General > Reset All Settings, it should just take a couple of minutes. Nothing is downloaded from the web. So you are right, it should not take that long. I would try a forced restart and trying again.

Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
