Q: iMac 10.10.5 calendars not syncing ALL info with iPhone 6S

I run my own co, and have "Calendar", "Work" and "Home" calendars. I have iCloud in settings on for 'Calendar". So what I can not figure out is why only some of my info is synced btwn my iMac Calendar and my iPhone Calendar?

I have even tried to send "share calendar invites" to both work (JL) and home (K). But since I am only under 1 iCloud ID (K) for both (K) and (JL), I "Cant send invite to my self" It is a hit or miss with what I am showing in calendar on my iPhone compared to what I know I have on my (JL) calendar on my iMac. I schedule everything on my iMac and want to see it on my iPhone when away from iMac.

What can I do?

If answer is create a (JL) ID, will I lose information that is already on calendar on my mac that is under (K) ID?

BTW, on my mac I just tried to add (K) it popped up error code 400 http://prntscr.com/b95k38
