Unable to slide recieve call bar, touch screen unresponsive

Hi Guys,

I have installed iOS 9.3.2 on my 16GB iPhone 5c (green, if color matters at all). Immediately after installing the newest version, it started acting weird. I cannot slide the receive call bar when I am called with the phone previously being asleep. This tocuh screen unresponsiveness also happens when I simply try to enter my Passcode.

On the first attempt it won't respond to touch, I have to put it to sleep with the power button and then immediately wake it up again. I can only pick up the phone 10% of the time and it's the same number with the passcode/unlock attempts.

The phone wasn't dropped, I have already tried removing the case and unlocking/receiving calls that way, and I have also restored it to the 9.3.1 version of iOS, all to no avail. I cannot figure it out. Maybe the hardware broke at the same time I updated to 9.3.2? Highly unlikely.

Does someone have similar issues like me?
