I just updated an iPad from iOS 8.x to iOS 9.3.1. Previously, the display of dictionary definitions in iBooks would adjust the text size according to the Dynamic Type setting as configured in the Settings app. Now, the dictionary text size remains constant (and very small) regardless of settings for Dynamic Type, Larger Text (in General->Accessibility settings), or the font size setting within iBooks. This makes the dictionary essentially unusable for the person using this iPad, who has poor eyesight.
How can the dictionary text size be increased in iOS 9? Thanks.
