I Lost the heartbeat symbol on my Apple watch. How do I get it back?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.3

Hi


To check your current heart rate on your watch:


  • Use the Heartbeat glance: when viewing the time on your watch face, swipe up on the screen, then swipe left / right until you find the Heartbeat Glance. Swipe down on the screen to exit.
  • Tell Siri to check your heart rate: "hey Siri, check my heart rate" (press the Digital Crown once to exit).
