Q: My phone can't update. What's going on?

If your phone is currently at 9.3.2, then there aren't any updates for it. That's the latest software.

Also note that your iTunes version is outdated, it will need to be updated to receive iOS updates at some point in the future.

As Meg says, you are current with iOS.  However, iTunes is not current and as I recall cannot support iOS 9.  I believe you need at least iTunes 12.3.2 to support iOS 9.  (Current iTunes is iTunes 12.4.)

You can get the latest iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download ... but only if your operating system can support it.

You need at least OS X 10.8.5 or Windows 7 to proceed.

You'll first want to update the iTunes on the computer to 12.4

Other than updating, you might try restarting both the computer and phone, and then trying again.
