Can I display my photos with a black border?

When editing a photo it appears within a black border an I find it really enhances my photos.

As I browse photos within an album I would like to view them with the same black border. I think it enhances them and would help me to decide which photos to keep and which to discard.

I cannot find a way to use a black border, it is just white.

I was hoping to be able to have the blank border as I browse through the pictures before and after I edit them.

You can use the Edit view for browsing, even if you do not want to edit. Select the album you want to browse, enlarge the first photo, hit the spacebar and use the arrow keys to advance between the photos, while using the sidebar to know where you are in the album.

I am browsing my photos only this way. The white background is reducing the contrast of the photos.
