Q: Unable to sign in

Suddenly I can't sign in to iTunes Connect.  It's always work on my iPad before but now it bypasses Touch ID and asks me to enter my Apple ID.  I do this with my log-in which works with all other Apple services.  However on Connect I get "Unable to sign in:  Error authenting iTunes Coonect user (2006)"

Can anyone help please?
