Check your USB connections

If you see error 4005, 4013, or 4014, learn what to do. If you see one of the errors below, you might have a USB connection issue:

• 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650
• 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009
• An error message that includes, "invalid response"

Use these steps to see if the issue is with your USB cable, USB port, or computer. Try again after each step:

1. Use the USB cable that came with your device. If you don't have it, try a different Apple USB cable.
2. Switch to a different USB port on your computer. Don't plug into your keyboard.
3. Plug into a different computer.
4. If you still see the error, you can check for other USB issues, issues with third-party security software, and issues with hardware.

If the issue continues, contact Apple Support.

I can't help with a solution but I can confirm I'm having the same issue with the iTunes Connect app on my IPhone 6S as of yesterday. Credentials are correct (can still log in via website) but app doesn't authenticate.

Restarting the phone and reinstalling the app haven't helped- I'm guessing it's another issue at Apple's end.

Obviously the canned response above isn't of relevance to this issue.

Yup, I'm having the same problem as well. I guess we'll just have to wait for apple to fix this.

I am having the exact same issue. I cannot login to iTunes Connect from my iPhone 6s Plus but can login through website. how do we fix this?

I'm having the same issue, iPhone 6 Plus. happened from yesterday.

I also have this issue. Can log in to itunesconnect.apple.com, but using the app on my iPhone SE, I get the above error message.

uff, I thought I was alone with this error. Same story, iPhone 6s+ iOS 9.3.2. I can log using browser and, what's more intresting, on other phone (iPhone 6s) with iOS 9.3.2 it works fine. But on my regular phone I still get the error, no matter WiFi or LTE

Same here on all my devices: ipad pro, mini 2, and 6+. So not related to devices but rather to account,it seems. Login using the website works fine.

Small update - on my iPhone 6s+ I tried 2 other accounts then my personal one and same error on each one :/

The same problem, waiting for Apple to fix it!

Exact same issue!  Account works on website, not on iOS app.  Tried multiple different networks.
