Q: Change MacBooks I sync iPhone to

I bought a new MacBook Pro. An old MacBook was used as my 'mother ship' to sync my iPad and iPhone to. I'd like to change to the new one. Do I have to start from scratch?

Start from scratch? No!!

Simply migrate from your old Mac to your new one.

Move your content to a new Mac - Apple Support

Once you do this, you will be able to use the iTunes on your new computer just as you did on the previous one.
