Q: Using Audible & iTunes to listen to books

I used to be able to purchase a book from Audible & load it into iTunes into "Music". Then I could move that book to a folder that I would use for my "listening". I had a folder for me & one for my husband & one for "waiting". When I sync'd my husband's & my devices, we would each have our individual folders to listen from.

Then there was a change to either Audible or iTunes & all books went to iBooks. Now I must do all my maneuverings on each separate device (my iPod, my husband's iPod touch, each iPad) in iBooks. Is there a way to do this one time in iTunes?

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.3.2

Audiobooks are now stored and organized in iBooks, but you still use iTunes to manage which ones get synced to which devices.

    To organize, use Collections.

To sync, connect a device, choose it so its contents are listed in the sidebar, select Audiobooks from the Settings, not the On My Device, section in sidebar.

Thank you for your quick reply. I see from other people asking questions that iBooks is for iOS not WINDOWS. Is that correct? If so, where do I go to move books into Collections? Currently I do this on each device - one at a time. My iTunes is on my PC. I currently have Windows 10.

Thank you for your help. At least now I know about "Audiobooks" vs "on My Device".
