Can't find Magic Trackpad 2 and Magic Mouse 1 in El Capitan 10.11.5

Magic Trackpad 2 is not showing or even if it shows sometimes, it wouldn't sync in Bluetooth.

I also have Logitech MX Master (4.0 Bluetooth Low Energy), and it is not smooth like wired mouse. It gets cut off intermittently and it is extremely annoying.

But, MX Master works just fine in Boot Camp in the same machine. So I'm thinking this is definitely an issue lying on Mac OS.

It'll be great if you guys can help me on showing me some solutions.

I installed genuine Airport Wifi AC / Bluetooth 4.0 adapter.
