I am unable to add cards to apple pay wallet as there is not feature for adding cards. How do I rectify this? Can any one help?

Yes, my friend is able to add cards on his iphone 6 while I can't. Wonder why my iphone 6 does not have add card feature in my apple wallet.

The requirements for setting up Apple Pay on your iPhone 6 are detailed here:
- Set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
Apple Pay is currently available in selected countries. You will also need a supported card from a participating issuer:
- Apple Pay participating banks and store cards - Apple Support
As you are located in a country where Apple Pay is available, check next that:
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Go to: Settings > iCloud.
Go to: Settings > Touch ID & Passcode.
Set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
