Iphone 5s running IOS - 9.3.2, blue screen's then shuts itself off and auto restarts, is it battery or sofware problem ??
It does it no matter what percentage the battery is, fully charged or not..

I have the same problem as the OP. The link you provided talks about having the most up-to-date ios. I think 9.3.2 is the most up to date ios.

You are correct, iOS 9.3.2 is the latest. And, as the support document states, if it still does not function correctly after updating, then contact Apple Support.
