Apple WatchAre you using iCloud Library? Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer - Apple Support
Did you backup your device? Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device
If you open iTunes, does it show in your Music? Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support (click unhide your purchases)
Are you using the same Apple ID address? Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I usually don't use Apple products, my iPhone is the only one I've ever owned. Ive never looked at the cloud. I did not backup my phone. I also don't know how to, to be honest. It doesn't show in my music. It's not listed anywhere that I look. The ither music that I have purchased dies show in my purchases, so it can't be hidden. I've only ever had one Apple ID. It is the same one.

iPhoneIt says its purchased, but it's not in my music. The album I bought was The Thirteenth Step by A Perfect Circle. As you can see, that is not there. I have the receipt, in the form of an email, further proving that I bought it. The problem is that it has been deleted and I cannot redownload.

Ok, let's go step by step:
- In your iPhone go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > introduce your email address and password which corresponds to your Apple ID.
- If you don't have one or don't remember, go to https://appleid.apple.com or https://iforgot.apple.com respectively using the email you used to buy that music
- Once you have your Apple ID there, go to Settings > iCloud > sign there with your email address and password
- After you are correctly logged in the settings above, go to Settings > Music > Library > turn on iCloud Music Library
- Go back to the Music app, you should see it there. It may take a while to sync

I don't mean the Music app but the Settings app. You should see there iCloud Music Library turned off (white).
Also, if you go to the iTunes Store and appears as purchased, can you download it in your computer?
Any chance you have turned on "Show Apple Music" in the same Settings > Music ? If so, turn it off

The only options are show Apple Music, which is off, join Apple Music, which I don't want to do, use cellular data, which is off, sort albums, genius, which is off, EQ, volume limit, and sound check, all of which are off. No turn in iCloud library.
I don't have iTunes on my computer.... I also don't have a Mac.

Can you log in to the iTunes app and see the songs purchased? iTunes Store app > bottom menu bar Purchased > My Purchases > Music > Not on This iPhone?

Then I have to suggest to contact Apple directly at https://reportaproblem.apple.com sign in with your Apple ID and if the purchase is there, mark as you cannot download the item so they can check with you directly what is going on
