Q: "No service" with 3G active

Hi all, i have an iphone 5s A1533 model (refurbished) and it worked good for the last five months but now when i put data mode on 3G i lost all signal (voice and data, no carrier name).

I have to put back on 2G and then i get the carrier name again.

please help

Hi,

"No service"

I had the same thing happen on my 5S. I had the battery replaced and that did the job.

Aside from a battery, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here > If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data

Thanks Carolyn but i tried everything on that link and goes in the same result

You got the "No service" only in the 3G mode too? or always??...

My battery has 1200 mAh and works fine i think.
