how export pictures from Photos on a Mac with 10.11.5 to iPhone 6S with 9.3.2?

The title says it all. This use to be a super easy process but overtime I update Mac, I cannot then send the photo albums I choose to my iPhone.

How in iTunes to sync photos do I find the folder with ALL of my thousands of photos, not just say 52 random ones? I do not use iCloud for my photos, just my Mac.

This happens every time I system update and Never use to be a problem.

Thank you SO much for any help for what I know is a very simple fix.

You use iTynes Sync

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using Wi-Fi - Apple Support

As to finding content - no different that it always has been - usually you make an album of the photos you want to sync and then sync that album using iTues

Thank you for the reply. Problem is, I cannot find all of my folders. When I choose Sync Photos, I cannot find those folders anymore. Syncing Music works perfectly, but how do I direct iTunes to my Photos?

The "how to" example shows that I can choose "Photos", but I do not have that option, so how do I find that?

If something is not working we need more information than "I can't find it" to help since if you do it correctly according to the detailed instructiosn it will workd
