Q: raw format for PANASONIC DMC-FZ100?

is the raw format for PANASONIC DMC-FZ100 really

supported? I have version 1.5 (6.19 raw) and I am

not able to edit them on the app.

    Where is your Photos Library?

Is it on your system drive in the Pictures folder or on an external drive?

I have reinstalled the System in recovery mode and

    the problem still the same.

Yes, the Photos Library is in the Image folder on

the system drive, no external drive attached.

I think that for some unknown reason the raw for

that Panasonic has not been totally well implemented,

lets hope Apple tries to solve this in the near future,

meanwhile I will try to improve my use of Silkypix.

(it is not easy!) until my favourite editing tool now,

DxO OpticsPro 10, is raw compatible with

    this Panasonic, September they say!!

    Thanks again, anyway

The DxO OpticsPro support are very reliable. For my camera FZ330 the support was available right on time when I bought the camera.

Just to exclude the possibility that your current Photos Library has a corruption try to create a new library and import a few RAW files. Does it work with a new Phots Library?

Thanks again, I have tried to create a new library and import the raw files, but again that did not help to solve the problem.

Maybe the fact that the sensor of the TZ100 is 1" and not 1/2.3" has to do with a different raw format and explain the delay

    of DxO until September.

Your original question has been about the FZ100, but now you are writing TZ100.  Is that a typo?  The TZ100 is not yet supported.

Ohhhh! I must apologize, my memory has played bad for me, I have another FZ, and I do not know why, I have mixed them,

yes, my new camera is the TZ100, and that surely closed the problem!!

The RAW support for your camera has just been released.  See this download page:  Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 6.20

The RAW Support requires OS X 10.11, El Capitan.
