Q: connecting my phone when other user logged in to my computer

On a system with multiple users, connecting a phone (or other device) via usb, invokes applications like Photos.

Shouldn't the OS be able to tell that the device being connected belongs to a different user than the loggged in user and not pop up devices.

I wanted to charge my phone on my Mac, but my wife was logged in.

I connected the phone and the Photos application was launched and revealed ALL my photos!!! lol..

Now it's not that I minded her seeing my photos, but I'm pretty sure it wanted to sync my photos with her account.

I know that if you just plug the phone into 'any' computer the device says, Do you trust this computer... but in this case the computer was trusted so nothing showed up on the device.

fix it! fix it! fix it!
