Q: I lost password, had my I pad reset to new, followed instruction to reset, got to stage where i entered passcode and said it may take a few minites to set up apple id and will go no farther what can I do>

I forgot password on Ipad air, Had it restored to new. In resetting it followed instructions. entered passcode and have message it may take a few minutes
to set up your apple ID and will not go farther, What can I do?

Did you forget the Passcode to open or the Password for the Apple ID?
