Do I really need the update 9.3.2?

I can barely touch my iPhone without getting pop up notices that I should update from 9.3.1 to 9.3.2. As far as I can tell, there is nothing in that update that I need or want, but I can't stop the pop-ups. Any suggestions?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (the first one) > and if there is an update, delete it.

Then do a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Next time you charge the phone, disable Wi-Fi from the Control Center. The update will auto download again if on power and Wi-Fi. This is a hassle, may just want to accept the update as Apple wants...
