Q: i purchased a used iPad Pro from Amazon and the device still has the find My iPad turned on. I need help!!! I have my Amazon receipt available. Thanks!!!

Ask Amazon for a refund. The original user is the only one that can unlock it from Find my iPad.

Amazon sells used items from third party sellers.  Apple will not unlock this device for you as it is likely stolen.  Only recourse is to contact Amazon for a refund.

File a complaint with Amazon and get your money back. Nobody here nor Apple will help you defeat activation lock, and Amazon should not be allowing locked devices to be sold.
