MacBook Air Bootup problems, please help.

Hello folks.

I got some serious problems with my MacBook Air.
First off, to boot the computer after shuting it down it takes a hardware reset as explained below.

1. Unplug the power-cable.
2. Unplug the battery from the logic board.
3. Wait about 1 minute.

Then i can put it all back together and boot the system, but not without any strange behaviour.
The systemfan spins up 3 times before the boot sound and then it runs as i should.

The battery is charging as it should and ther's nothing to say about anything.
Then i shutdown the computer and tries to reboot it... nothing happens.

It worked as it should for about 2 weeks after i bought it from a friend,
and out of the blue it started with this problems, how come?

Does anyone know what's the problem with my MacBook Air 13" (Late-2013)?
Please be kind and reply to this post

Thanks in advance.
