Restart your Apple Watch ...
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device completely.
- After you turn off your Apple Watch, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
and restart your iPhone.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
See if that makes a difference.
If not, calibrate your Apple Watch > Calibrating your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy
