Q: Power for laptop and Thunderbolt Display
The answer is most likely a no but...
Is there some product out there that would allow me to power up both my MBP (which is way back under a desk and not easy to get to) and a Thunderbolt Display? At times my back hurts so much the up and down motion I need to perform to get at the laptop power button is not exactly the best thing for me. Of course when the back is ok it's still a pain in the ____ to get there!
It used to be that a power button was placed on the external keyboard and that would allow me to power up the laptop but Apple sent it packing a while back.

In lieu of the above I just read a comment that said the Thunderbolt Display has a Power button (which I didn't know about before), is that the case and can that be used the other way around-that is to power up itself and the MBP?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), 2.5 GHz 16MG
