Q: Updated to 9.3.2, now can't send/receive mms except iMessage.

Updated my phone but now i can't send or receive picture messages from anyone who doesn't have iMessage. How can't this be fixed? I've already backed up, reset to factory and added my backed up stuff back to the phone and still no fix. Help!

Check in Settings > Messages > turn on Send as SMS
Make sure you have your provider MMS server correct in Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network
Make also sure you have MMS enabled in Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging turned on

SMS works fine?
What message do you get while sending MMS?
Did you contact your provider to see whether there is any network issue?
