Q: my apple TV th gen crashed and cant get it back on

Hey,

So my apple TV 4th gen crashed and kick me out of netflix. The apparent reason being that there was no internet. I tried multiple times without any luck.

m sure the wify was working fine since my iphone and macbook were able to get online without any trouble: so I decide to restore and the the apple tv.

I clicked the option and confirmed my choice the it started downloading  the latest firmware (so it did have internet!!) and now this beautiful piece on engineering wont get past the loading screen after i type my itunes account ans password.

Ive tried starting the whole process again and configuring via other device, but the same thing happens

no error codes at this point, no nothing, just a black screen with the loading icon going round and round
