iphone 4S cracked screen repair, now screen blacks out

I dropped my phone last month and I had it repaired.

However since the repair my screen goes black. The phone is still usable but the screen is completely black and I cant see anything.

I am assuming this is a hardware issue. Is there a way anyone can recommend to fix this cheap?

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.2

Repairs done by Apple or their Authorized Service Providers are also covers by a short warranty period. Bring it back to them to get it fixed.

If a 3rd party repair shop did replace the screen, they will have to do that, Apple will not service phones anymore that have been opened by a 3rd party.
