I use itunes on my windows 7, my PC is connected to the internet, but I can't use itunes.Yet, I can use itunes without the internet, how could this happen?Then I can't use it to access the itunes store.

Actually, I have got no response on itunes when it connected to the internet,and I checked it,followed by the troubleshooting steps,but nothing helps me , i don't know if i checked it correctly. but it just doesn't help.It should not have something related to the display card i guess?

I guess this is the problem I am facing now.But I couldn't find any new driver that can help me solve the problem.
and I have called the support team, thay said I need to uninstall and reinstall itunes, but it doesn't help,and the link you gave me that couldn't be accessed,I got this "access denied"
Why can't I use itunes connected with the internet?
