Can I trade in my iPhone 4 towards an iPhone SE?

As it says in the title can I trade my old iPhone 4 for the iPhone SE? I looked at the trade in but doesn't have the iPhone 4 just the 4S for $50 trade-in value so, I dont know if it's elgible for $50 trade-in value like the 4S or just $25 trade-in value but I looked at apples approved partner the brightstar and it had the iPhone 4 on it so I'm not sure if I can trade in my iPhone 4 for the SE or that bright star is just for the recycling program for the apple gift card.

Your iPhone 4 is certainly not eligible for a $50 trade in like the iPhone 4S.

UPDATE - It looks from the following article as if trades are only for devices worth at least $50, therefore, your device is not eligible.

Apple's trade-in program is only for the iPhone 4S or later. The iPhone 4 can be "recycled," but you'd likely get more for it if you sold it to a third party, and then used that money to buy a new iPhone.
