lost iphone 4

i tried to track my lost iphone 4..i entered my imei number to a website "my-phone-finder.com" and i think its a fake website bc i tried it again i entered a fake imei no. and i did not put my gmail then it says Congratulations! Your phone is successfully added to the database. what can they possibly do to my lost phone?

If you did set up the Activation Lock on the phone during the setup process, it can't be used by any other person, that does not know the AppleID and password that has been used to set it up.
