From your post, it sounds like you would like to remove the Wi-Fi driver from your Mac so that it cannot access a wireless network. If this is the case, there is a different process that I would suggest.
There are system protections in place to prevent modifications at the level you are asking about. I suggest removing Wi-Fi from your computer’s Network preferences opposed to removing the driver.
To accomplish this task from an administrator account:
1. Click the Apple logo in the top left corner of the display and choose System Preferences
2. Choose Network
3. Select Wi-Fi from the bar on the left hand side of the Network pane
4. Select the minus (-) sign at the bottom of the list on the left to delete Wi-Fi from the Network pane
