When trying to install iOS 9.3.2 on my iPad Air 2, I get the message that I need to plug into iTunes. When plugged into iTunes it fails to restore with the message "An unknown error has occurred (56). Any suggestions? iPad Air 2, iOS 9.3.2

Went to the apple store and got nothing. He is asking me to buy a new iPad. I told him he cannot be serious. He said they know of 9.3.2 causing problems on iPad Pro but not on iPads. Anyone else having this issue and got it resolved? any help is appreciated. My iPad is 18 months old and I have no intention of giving apple more money given this situation

Hi D. Cohen,

I tried updating iTunes and then trying to update and restore my iPad using iTunes. It gives me error 56 suggesting its bricked. Went to the apple store and the support person did the same and had the same outcome. Not sure when is Apple planning on releasing a fix for 9.3.2 bricking iPads. Bad QA from Apple on this.

Anymore suggestions on how to fix this?
