I understand that WhatsApp Messenger is not working on your iPhone as expected. I see as well that you have already completed some great troubleshooting, but the issue continues.
To continue troubleshooting this situation, I recommend reading over and working through the suggested steps from the following article. You have completed a lot of these steps already; if the issue continues, it may be necessary to contact the developer as outlined in the article.
