Since 2-3 days my app store isnt loading the top charts. Dont know the reason. I once tried to change the country location for app store since then its not showing. Can anyone help me in getting rid of this problem ?
iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
What have you tried so far ? e.g. have you :
- logged out and back into your account on the phone
- closed the App Store app via the phone's taskbar
- done a soft-reset/reboot of the phone
yeah i tried everything you mentioned, i even tried to access app store with my other apple id , still it didnt work for me.
As you've marked my reply as solved do you no longer have a problem, or was that a mistake ? If it was, what else have you tried ?
yeah it was a mistake , my issue hasn't been solved. i tried logging in with a different apple id , rebooting my phone, refreshing the app store, and googled for solution where i found it could be due to date and time problem. I turned the date and time setting to maual then reverted back to automatic, still no use !! after since i tried to change my app store location, this problem arose.
It's just the Top Charts tab that isn't working ? Do you get the same problem when connected to wifi and your cellular network ?
Updating to the current iOS version might fix it, or you could try syncing to your computer's iTunes and see if that makes any difference.
yeah just the top charts isnt loading, rest everything is fine. Its 4-5 days that i am having this problem.

I am having the same problem for about a week or more....
things I've tried:
reboot, logout and login, changing the app store location, tapping the bottom roles 10 times, etc.
it occurs on both wifi and cellular data...but I didnt change anything on those wifi settings, dns blablabla. And it loads perfectly few weeks ago...
I can still download apps and updates but I just can't load the top charts
iPhone 5S, iOS 8.4
PS I've tried this on my iPad 2 (iOS 9.3) and it loads.... but not my iPhone

Not sure what else to suggest - unfortunately having marked the thread as 'solved' (which can't be undone) may mean that other people aren't opening it and potentially helping
