Q: my iphone is lost or stolen how can I get it if it turned off

Dear Apple Support, Kindly my iphone is lost or stolen how can I get it if it turned off, and how can be known the location of the iPhone which is stolen?

If there is easy way please advice?

If you had find my phone enabled, then it will show when it is on/online. Here is some info (scroll down to:
