My application loader and iad producer are not available, grayed out with the universal do not enter sign across the application.
when I open finder both of these applications are grayed out and not available.
My system is:
OS X el capitan
IMac 21.5 mid 2011
Processor 2.7 GHz intel core i5
16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 memory
harddrive 1 TB
I cannot pin-point the date/time this happened but I believe it was with the last month.
How do i correct this issue. I am new to trying these fixes on my own. Though i must admit I am a neophyte at this process.
