Notes on My Phone, But Not on MacPro & MacBook

This is a two-part question about syncing Notes between my iPhone, my MacPro, and MacBook Pro.

The Notes on my iPhone are not on my other devices (MP and MBP). The app is synced to iCloud. When I go to System Preferences on my MacPro and click on iCloud I have Notes checked. I just created two new notes on my MacPro. They showed up on my iPhone after I saved them. But I also want the Notes that are on my iPhone to show up on my MacPro. How do I accomplish that?

In the Folders of my Notes app on my iPhone I have ICLOUD, ON MY IPHONE, and IMAP ACCOUNT. Is there a way I can integrate them all under iCloud, or how do I sync the 3 folders between my 3 devices?
