Q: iMessage issue

Hi...I have noticed that if I don't have Internet connectivity and choose to send a message as text, all subsequent messages also go as text and iMessage option isn't there...tried resetting network settings as well as deleting and recreating the contact...no joy!!! Any ideas?

    Hi,

You have posted in the Mavericks Area (An older OS X version for Macs).

You should be able to, on a Mac use the "To" spot where the name appears as a Drop down and change the way you connect to the person.

There does not seem to be a equivalent option on a iPhone version of Messages.
