Q: Update will not allow HP printer to connect

After yesterday's El Capitan OS X Update 10.11.5 my HP Officejet Pro 8600 will no longer connect. And yes, i updated the HP driver.

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

In System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > right-click on the printer in the left column and choose to Reset.

I have been having trouble off and on with my HP7510 all in one printer since I upgraded to El Capitan a few months ago. Sometimes it prints fine, then again it won't print at all. Right now it says 'idle' or is says a printer is not connected. I have a wireless connection and have tried uninstalling the printer, all updates for printer driver, software, etc. Nothing seems to work. Someone else experiencing this?

Sadly, "Reset" is greyed out and I cannot select it.
