May 31, 2016 7:20 AM in response to gardenflutterbysby Demo,DO yourself a favor. Make sure that you download a copy of all important documents to the Mac for local Storgae of the files. Never rely totally on iCloud for storage of file. It's great for keeping your documents in sync (if it works correctly for you) but always keep a copy of your important documents stored on your own computer or external hard drive.

May 31, 2016 7:29 AM in response to gardenflutterbysby Demo,You can use DropBox. It is cloud based but you can download the files to the Mac like I suggested after you upload them to DropBox. You can also use Handoff and you can email files back and forth. That's not the most practical way of transferring files but it will work.
