If a hip file got transferred to your phone, you will need a special app or program to open that kind of file format.
Your phone can only be "hacked" if the software on it has been modified, i.e. "jailbroken"

I had been hacked the day before, passwords hacked on fb and Hotmail and it was happening again, it wasn't a hip file it was a malware virus that showed up In my I tunes ncu . Hip. Client. Live .. At the time was unsure what this was then copied and pasted the addy into browser. Once done it invaded my phone and started changing passwords on my gmail this time.

If you don't have one, you'll have to start from the scratch, sorry.

Avoid Phishing scams that can be used to collect data that will allow someone to learn your login information.
