What makes you think that your phone has been hacked?

If a hip file got transferred to your phone, you will need a special app or program  to open that kind of file format.

Your phone can only be "hacked" if the software on it has been modified, i.e. "jailbroken"

Change all passwords that have been corrupted, then restore your phone to factory settings and restore from the latest clean backup that you made.

If you don't have one, you'll have to start from the scratch, sorry.

If your FaceBook and Hotmail accounts were hacked, that has nothing to do with your phone.  You need to change those account's login passwords.
