Airplay from my macbook pro to an apple tv doesn't work only sound

this start to happened after i download the last version of el capitan 10.11.5 please help

Try running the combo update.

Have you tried:

Hold the Option key and click the Sound icon in the menu bar
Select the Apple TV

??
