Q: iPods not recognising, Windows 10 "Malfunction"
Hi all, I've recently purchased a new laptop, imported my old iTunes library- it's all gone fine so far. However, upon plugging in my iPod Nano 3rd Gen and iPod Nano 6th Gen, my computer says that the software has malfunctioned and is unable to recognize the device. I have gone through a number of fixes and can't seem to be able to do anything else. I never had any issues like this on my older setup, so this is all quite confusing for me.
I have tried uninstalling all USB drivers and updating them all, to no avail.
Resetting both iPods have not worked, I doubt they're the issue as they synced just fine on the old setup, and they still work just fine.
I believe the cable I use is not the issue as iTunes still recognizes my iPhone 4S when I plug that in. Additionally, the current wire I use worked just fine on my old PC and iTunes (which was also Windows 10).
I was able to update a 1st Generation iPad Mini with it's appropriate wire.
I have also reinstalled iTunes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
iPod nano, iPod Nano 3rd and 6th Gen.

DId you try unplugging all USB's then restarting your compute? It is possible that it is the cable. I'd recommend only using an Apple one and not a third-party cable.
