Q: Request for Apple ID

Dear Apple Team,

My name is Ali Rahimi from Kabul - Afghanistan. One of my relatives sent me an iphone 6 plus which is asking for Apple Id. I dont no the owner of the iphone also to get his/her help. Can u please help me to find the owner of the mobile and ask him for the Apple ID.

Is there any other way to delete his account from the iphone.
