Q: How do I add a price to my uploaded iBook on iTunes?

I have managed to get through producer and upload my book, several times now, successfully.

Through the process I could not find a price box anywhere, which makes me think that I have signed a contract that only has free books?

Anybody know how I can add a price to it?
