My macbook died just a week after i bought it

I bought my macbook in singapore last week, may 22nd 2016

for a week of normal use, like 3-4 times a week. las night my mac suddenly can't charged, seems like the USB-C port is broken, tried to restart etc still not working. and then it completely shutdown, tried to turn on but failed.

tried to google, saw it on a forum told me to try the SMC reset. I did it, and then it works, my mac can turned on again, but only last for 30 seconds and then back to off.

pretty confused now because i just bought it for a week, and i'm not staying in singapore.

Is there any replacement policy for the issue like mine? less than 14 days since i bought the mac
