Q: How do I  change uploaded songs to matched

On my iCloud status my songs show as either matched , uploaded , duplicate or ineligible . I want to be able to stream as many songs as I can onto Apple  tv and whilst I accept I wont be able to as far as the ineligible are concerned ( I only have a few pf this anyway),I am wondering whether I can convert the remainder into Matched and how to do that. I assume duplicate means I have a copy of the same sone somewhere ,else although I cant see it.,Thanks

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), apple tv, mini iPad

I have managed to delete the duplicates and I am now left with matched and uploaded songs most of which I ripped from CD collection. The bit rates are either 256 or 320 kbps but there are some  ones at 160 .Not too sure if I and doing the right thing but if I right click on each of those songs then "remove download" the bit rate changes to 256 but a cliild appears to its lefty with and arrow pointing down so click  on that  and the song  appears to download

    HI,

If the song has been matched and the bit rate is less than 256 Kbps, you can remove download and download cloud icon appears. Click on this to download the upgraded version. You can select multiple songs, right / ctrl click and select remove download from pop up box. You can the select download the selected tracks.

You can't change uploaded to matched. These tracks have not been matched, so can't be upgraded but they will be available on your Apple TV. With regard the ineligible tracks, what's their bit rate, file type and size.

64, 128, 24 and one at 256 kbps. What  is strange, though, is that despite deleting duplicates by going the file/library/ show all duplicate route, I still have a list of duplicated songs but I can t see their originals
