Not sure what you mean by 'make apple id at google', the only places to make iTunes accounts are on a computer's iTunes, on an iOS device, or http://appleid.apple.com

Why do you think that you need to fill in the iTunes gift code field ? That field is optional, you don't have to fill it in - and as iTunes gift cards aren't available in all countries you might not be able to put anything in that field anyway.
